Job summary

TikTok is seeking an HR Operations specialist for a one-year fixed-term contract in Paris, with potential to extend. You will help deliver a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle.

The role focuses on ensuring legal compliance in France, managing vendor relationships, and acting as the French point of contact for cross-functional teams.

You will design improvements to HR processes, support onboarding, transfers, leaves, terminations, and maintain employee data in line with local laws.

Qualifications

• Relevant training/degree in People Operations or HR and experience in HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of France employment laws and market practices; cross-country knowledge is a plus.
• Experience across onboarding, transfers, leaves, terminations, and HR case handling.
• Excellent communication in French; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legal compliance by applying HR requirements for the France market.
• Manage vendor relationships to improve service quality and experience.
• Be the primary point of contact for employee queries and support end-to-end HR solutions.
• Design improvements to HR processes and procedures.
• Support lifecycle processes: onboarding, terminations, data changes, leave, and benefits.
• Support relocation, immigration, and staffing administration tasks.
