Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Payroll & Personnel Administration specialist in Paris to manage a ~170-employee scope. You will lead onboarding, employment contracts, DPAE, and medical scheduling, while ensuring accurate payroll processing and payslip verification. You will answer employee questions on payroll and internal policies with clarity.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, precise record-keeping, and collaboration with HR to ensure compliance with payroll regulations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years' proven experience in payroll/administration.
• Proficient in Silae and payroll rule knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Absolute discretion/confidentiality and intellectual curiosity.
• Comfortable liaising with employees and explaining payroll topics clearly.

Responsabilités

• Join the payroll and personnel administration team.
• Manage a scope of approximately 170 employees.
• End-to-end onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation (DPAE, contracts).
• Schedule pre-employment and return-to-work medical exams.
• Payroll processing: collect, enter and process variable elements.
