Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills and ability to handle cash/transactions.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with scheduling and patient registration is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet clients in a welcoming, professional manner.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow.
• Register patients and collect co-pays with accurate documentation.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and handle cash with audit procedures.
• Open/close reception and supervise daily operations.
• Refer complex inquiries to supervisor as needed.
