Duties include answering calls, documenting requests in EMR, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate information is communicated to patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Professional and respectful communication with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software; experience with EMR systems.
• Experience in healthcare customer service preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and health care providers.
• Answer calls, determine caller needs, and route requests or take messages.
• Document caller requests in EMR and coordinate with appropriate team.
