Job summary

Jobgether SRL in France is seeking a Partnership Manager – Demand to lead relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and other demand partners across Display, Video, CTV, and Audio.

You will own partner performance, drive revenue growth through negotiations and optimization, and collaborate with Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Demand Operations to accelerate partner development. This role offers an international, AI-driven environment with autonomy and measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in adtech or programmatic advertising.
• Strong knowledge of programmatic ecosystem including Prebid, header bidding, OpenRTB, dynamic allocation, sellers.json, ads.txt, and schain.
• Proven ability to manage strategic partner relationships, negotiate contracts and commercial terms, drive revenue growth.
• Analytical capabilities with RPM, fill rate, win rate, revenue share, and discrepancies.
• Familiarity with DPAs, GDPR data sharing and consent.
• Business development judgment to assess opportunities and balance new vs existing partnerships.
• Fluency in French and English for international collaboration.
• AI/process optimization mindset to scale workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end commercial relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and demand partners.
• Set partner revenue targets and monitor performance.
• Analyze bid dynamics, QPS, PMP opportunities to maximize yield.
• Lead revenue-sharing negotiations and terms.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and resolve disputes.
• Evaluate new partnerships and coordinate negotiations with integration teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional onboarding with Product, Tech, TAM, Demand Operations, Finance, Legal.
• Develop dashboards tracking partner revenue and portfolio health.
• Ensure privacy compliance and data handling with DPO.
• Structure processes to enable AI-powered tools.
