Based in Paris, you will collaborate with the Workplace Experience team, contribute to operational excellence, and use AI tools to enhance the employee experience in a vibrant, global tech company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Workplace/Facilities or Office Management.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with suppliers and contracts or vendor relationships.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth daily office operations for the Paris site.
• Coordinate contracts, vendors, safety, and facilities services.
• Provide frontline support to employees and manage workplace events and activities.
• Leverage AI tools to elevate Workplace Experience standards.
