Mirakl is hiring a Workplace Experience Coordinator to ensure the smooth operational running of its Paris office. You will be responsible for providing the best working conditions for all employees while managing day-to-day operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Workplace or Office Management role.
• Proven ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships.

Responsabilités

• Ensure smooth operational running of the Paris office.
• Respond to daily requests from Mirakl workers.
• Manage contracts and relationships with suppliers.
• Support the WPE Manager and develop operational procedures.
• Logistical support for internal events.
