Job summary

Aircall is hiring a Sales Intern based in Paris to join our French, Italian, and Middle East market focus. You will work with Account Executives to guide prospects from qualification to closing and gain hands-on experience in B2B software sales.

This 6-month internship starts in October 2026 and offers exposure to customer relationship management, market research, and a fast-paced, collaborative environment within Aircall's Paris office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master in Business Admin or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French (and English for internal communication).
• Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and results orientation.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Account Executives to manage prospects from lead to closing.
• Participate in and observe sales calls to learn the sales process.
• Manage customer projects during trial periods and negotiate offers.
• Support positioning of Aircall value proposition to small businesses.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success for a seamless experience.
