Aircall is seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing Intern to support go-to-market for AI Voice Agent, working with a PMM and cross‑functional teams in Paris. You’ll help with feature launches, messaging, and enablement, turning product capabilities into customer value.

Based in our Paris office, this 6‑month internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving SaaS environment, with opportunities to learn and contribute across Sales, CS, Enablement, and Growth teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong creativity and structured thinking; ability to simplify complex ideas.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Genuinely curious about AI with hands-on experience using AI tools.
• Collaborative, proactive team player.
• Curious about SaaS and go-to-market strategy.

Responsabilités

• Support AI Voice Agent launches through planning, asset coordination, and cross‑functional readiness.
• Create and maintain launch materials including briefs, notes, and assets.
• Equip Sales and CS with messaging and enablement materials.
• Assist onboarding and adoption, including in-app messaging and email campaigns.
• Collect feedback from Sales, CS and customers to improve adoption.
• Perform lightweight market research and summarize insights for PMM.
• Use AI tools to speed research and drafting; propose better AI usage.
• Collaborate with PMM and team to track launch performance and adoption metrics.
