Responsabilités

• Define and implement best practices for acquiring and ensuring quality among chauffeurs.
• Manage the entire acquisition process from chauffeur sign-up to their first journey.
• Source and qualify chauffeur leads, building a robust acquisition pipeline.
• Convert qualified leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall chauffeur experience.
• Act as a spokesperson for Wheely, fostering positive relationships with chauffeurs.
• Stay up-to-date with compliance requirements in the sector.
