Deliveroo is seeking an Operations Manager to be based in our Paris office on a hybrid basis. You will drive complex logistic and financial initiatives, shaping market strategies to deliver a seamless customer experience in the French market.

As a key member of the Operations team, you’ll lead cross-functional projects, optimize network efficiency, and partner with stakeholders to balance growth with service quality while upholding Deliveroo’s standards.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in a high-paced, project-based environment (tech startup or consultancy).
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytics including Excel modelling and database crunching.
• Excellent English and French communication; ability to present to senior stakeholders.
• Track record in autonomously structuring, coordinating and executing projects.
