EGYM Wellpass - Ex Gymlib in Paris seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own performance analytics, automate processes, and guide strategic decisions. You will bridge Brand, Demand Gen, Sales, RevOps, and SalesOps to convert data into actionable insights.

You will own funnel analysis, lead velocity, channel insights, and attribution, while shaping forecasting and end-to-end visibility with GTM tracking and dashboards.

Qualificações

• 4–5 years in a marketing analytics, Growth Ops, or RevOps role.
• Degree in business, data analytics, marketing, or related field.
• Strong Salesforce, data modeling, and dashboard creation experience.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Fluent business English; French and/or German are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Map and analyze the full funnel from first touch to closed won, surface bottlenecks.
• Measure lead lifecycle velocity and optimize MQL-to-SQL handoff.
• Link channel content to downstream conversions to guide spend.
• Segment by persona, region, company size and deal value to sharpen targeting.
• Forecast pipeline and diagnose friction using website and CRM data.
• Design and manage GTM tracking and attribution model rollout.
