Qualifications

• Must be completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French.
• 6+ months of internship experience in M&A or related fields is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist on M&A advisory assignments for assigned sector teams.
• Prepare materials for clients and conduct market, industry, and company analyses.
• Gain experience in financial modelling, valuation analyses, and due diligence support.
