GANNI is hiring a full-time Client Advisor for our store in Galeries Lafayette, Paris. You will be an ambassador for GANNI, delivering exceptional service, styling sessions, and building a loyal client community in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

You will drive omnichannel engagement, manage client outreach, and collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve ambitious targets while upholding GANNI’s authentic, optimistic culture.

Qualifications

• Background in luxury retail with at least 2 years experience.
• Experience in sales in a results-driven environment.
• Omnichannel/omnicommerce understanding.
• Dynamic, outgoing, and strong salesperson.
• Flexible, good at communicating and excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.
