GANNI is seeking a passionate ambassador to work in our Paris stores, reporting to the Store Manager. You will uphold the GANNI culture of learning, optimism, and authentic leadership while delivering superior client experiences and styling sessions.

You will drive omnichannel initiatives, build a loyal client community through events and digital outreach, manage stock, and help the team meet KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Solid background in fashion retail with at least 2 years of experience.
• Strong client database and digital clienteling experience.
• Proven track record in sales in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent understanding of KPIs.
• Omnichannel and omnicommerce awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French and proficient in English.

• Establish loyalty within the community
• Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store
• Strive to reach KPI targets and maintain a KPI-driven environment
• Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships
• Act on opportunities with your team and strive to secure all sales
• Stock management in all aspects
• Support your team in daily operations in the store
• Participate in staff meetings every month
• Keep yourself and team up to date with business trends
• Drive your own development and leadership skills
