GANNI is hiring a part-time Client Advisor to join our Paris Rue du Juillet store. You will be an ambassador for GANNI, delivering the level of service and styling expertise our guests expect, while supporting a seamless omnichannel experience.

Fluent in French and proficient in English, you will build a loyal community through in-store service and digital clienteling, contribute to events, and help drive footfall and store performance.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in the fashion/retail industry (minimum 2 years).
• Strong clienteling skills and ability to leverage a digital client database.
• Proven sales track record in a results-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure exceptional client experiences and sessions.
• Deliver stylish looks and personalized styling services.
• Establish and grow loyalty within the community.
• Drive client outreach programs to increase store footfall.
• Help meet KPI targets and maintain a KPI-driven environment.
• Coordinate in-store events and client database activities.
• Maintain visual merchandise (VM) guidelines and stock controls.
