GANNI is seeking a Full-time Client Advisor for Galeries Lafayette in Paris. You will be an ambassador in our beautifully curated stores, reporting to the Store Manager, and driving omnichannel client engagement to deliver seamless experiences.

You will run styling sessions, establish loyalty within the community, and build a program to drive footfall through online booking and in-store events, while working to KPI targets and maintaining a KPI-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Background within luxury retail for at least 2 years.
• Experience with sales in a results-driven environment.
• Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding.
• Flexible, good at communicating and excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in French & proficient in English.
