Dashlane is seeking a Lead Accountant in Paris to own the French entity's financial operations, reporting to the US-based VP Global Controller. You will manage month-end close, VAT, CIR, statutory audit, and global reporting while driving automation and AI-assisted workflows.

Based in Paris with a hybrid schedule (in-office Mon Tue Thu; remote Wed Fri), you'll collaborate with US and Portugal teams, supervise staff, and develop internal processes to strengthen data integrity and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant accounting and tax experience.
• Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end month-end close for the French entity.
• Lead annual French Statutory Audit and tax filings.
• Coordinate US GAAP audit and internal controls alignment.
• Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606 and B2B invoicing.
• Oversee payroll JEs, vendor payments, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Modernize accounting systems (Pennylane) and automate workflows.
• Mentor Staff Accountant and collaborate with global teams.
