Job summary

Anaplan seeks an IT Experience Intern to join us onsite in Paris for a paid internship of 6 months. You will shadow and work with our IT Experience team, gaining hands-on exposure to end-user IT services in a fast-paced tech environment.

You’ll support onboarding, hardware and software asset management, and incident handling, while developing professional IT support skills under mentorship. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate’s, bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in a technical field (CS/IS or similar).
• Fluency in French and English.
• Basic familiarity with Mac and/or Windows devices.
• Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist with frontline IT support for end-user devices (Mac/Windows).
• Log and update support tickets in ServiceNow or similar system.
• Assist with onboarding tasks such as equipment setup and provisioning.
• Maintain hardware and software asset records.
• Prepare conference rooms and meeting tech for events with staff cooperation.
• Follow documented procedures and runbooks for common support scenarios.
• Take on small projects or process-improvement tasks under guidance.
