Job summary

The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) invites applications for an Intern - Business Process and AI Innovation in Paris. You will support its digital transformation by analyzing and modeling key processes and exploring AI-enabled solutions across the project lifecycle.

Reporting to the Head of the Project Monitoring Unit, you will map processes, develop diagrams, identify AI opportunities, and help design and test AI workflows using Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to model complex business processes.
• Demonstrated interest in AI and digital transformation; familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot or Power Platform is an asset.
• Excellent drafting skills; ability to manage multiple assignments autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and document key L&D business processes across the project lifecycle.
• Develop process maps, workflow diagrams and user journeys.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI across L&D processes.
• Support the design, testing and implementation of AI-enabled workflows and proofs-of-concept.
• Create and maintain repositories of prompts, use cases, templates and lessons learned.
• Translate operational requirements into functional specifications for AI-assisted solutions.
• Contribute to process performance indicators and assess productivity gains, risks and controls of AI tools.
• Prepare presentations, training materials, user guidance and demonstrations.
