Job summary

The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) Corporate Services Directorate offers an internship that supports strategic priorities, coordination, and follow-up across the CS Directorate. The intern reports to the Corporate Services Director and collaborates with colleagues across the CS Directorate and the Bank.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates or final-year students in management or business analysis, with strong analytical/organizational skills and an interest in AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in management, business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and organisational abilities with structured thinking.
• Ability to work independently and with different teams.
• Interest in process improvement, Lean/Agile and AI automation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Monitor directorate projects, priorities and budgets and consolidate input.
• Review processes, identify gaps and suggest practical improvements incl. automation.
• Coordinate across the Directorate and follow up on actions.
• Prepare concise analyses, briefings and proposals on strategic issues.
