Job summary

The Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) is offering an internship in its Executive Office to support results data and analysis for the Strategic Framework 2028–2032.

The intern will report to the Chief of Staff, collaborate with teams across the Bank, and help build AI‑assisted tools and prototype dashboards in line with the Bank's data rules.

A Master’s level or final-year student in economics, statistics or related fields is preferred; fluent English or French are required.

Qualifications

• Graduated within the past 24 months or currently in the final year of higher education, preferably at Master’s level or equivalent.
• Studies in economics, statistics, quantitative methods or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and evidence for the Strategic Framework 2028–2032.
• Link portfolio, results and social and economic data, including through location reference tables, and produce heat maps and gap maps.
• Help develop and test AI‑assisted tools for managing results data.
• Use AI tools to develop prototype data dashboards in line with the Bank's data rules.
