Job summary

Scalapay S.R.L. is seeking an In-Store Operations Intern to join the team in Paris for a 6-month period, with on-site work three days a week and remote work two days. The role includes a two-week training in Milan and periodic in-person days in Milan every six weeks.

You will support merchant integrations, activation, and post-sale activities, collaborating with Sales, Accounts, and Product teams to ensure high-quality merchant experiences and rapid issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English (native or near-native). Italian is a plus.
• You have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales, accounts, and product teams to support merchant activations.
• Assist with onboarding and activation of in-store merchants.
• Provide merchant support and post-sale materials and updates.
• Communicate with merchants and partners via phone and email.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and adopt best practices.
• Conduct store visits and gather feedback to improve performance.
• Support in-store marketing initiatives and campaigns.
