Topologie is seeking a part-time Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) based in Paris to manage HR operations, recruitment, and legal compliance across EU locations. You will partner with managers and the HQ P&C team to align local needs with global HR strategies.

Fluency in French and English, 3+ years in fashion retail HR, and strong knowledge of European labor laws are required. This role suits a proactive, hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in fashion, premium or lifestyle retail.
• Understanding of European labor laws, compliance standards, and local market practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with remote and diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Support hiring processes and talent strategies across the EU.
• Coordinate with EU external HR service providers and HQ P&C team.
• Ensure compliance with country-specific labor laws across locations.
• Support local HR needs, employee relations, and policy updates for EU staff.
• Maintain HR systems, payroll, vacation/leave management, and HR documentation.
• Oversee local payroll providers, benefit brokers, and legal advisors.
• Collaborate with international team to localise global handbook and share best practices.
• Support talent development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic HR projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Paris HQ team.
