JLL in Paris is seeking a Guest Relations Host to deliver high-touch workplace experiences for staff and visitors. You will act as face of the Workplace and client Property team, offering proactive service and a hotelier-level experience across hybrid locations.

You will coordinate hospitality, events, reception, visitor management, and room bookings while supporting changes to the workplace and ensuring clear communications to end-users. English and French fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Minimum 2 years in hospitality or workplace experience.
• Experience in facilities management preferred (1 year).
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 5-star hotelier style service to staff, clients and employees.
• Manage hospitality, events, reception, visitor flow and meeting room services.
• Receive onsite deliveries and support vendor coordination.
• Conduct regular premises inspections and keep areas clean and ready.
• Act as main contact for inquiries, escalations and feedback.
• Support hybrid workplace adoption and staff engagement activities.
