Houlihan Lokey in Paris is seeking an experienced Associate in the Debt Capital Solutions team. You will work on financing advisory mandates, including private, public and hybrid loans and bonds, while collaborating with senior bankers and clients.

The ideal candidate has a track record on the French market in Leveraged Finance or Debt Advisory, strong financial modelling skills (LBO modelling) and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong academic record.
• 4-5 years of experience on the French market in Debt Advisory/Leveraged Finance.
• Proven track record of executing transactions and knowledge of lender processes.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills including LBO modelling.
• Experience discussing Term Sheets and Facility Agreements.
• Strong research skills with ability to model key assumptions.

Responsabilités

• Work on financing advisory mandates within lean deal teams.
• Support execution of debt transactions (private, public, hybrid loans; bonds).
• Serve as point of contact for clients and lead selected workstreams.
• Oversee junior team members in preparing materials.
• Engage in client dialogue and relationship management with senior clients.
