Wheely is hiring a Business Development Representative (Chauffeur - Partner) in Paris to own Wheely France’s chauffeur acquisition engine from first contact to first journey. You will drive sourcing, screening, and conversion with a data-driven approach, coordinating with the Chauffeur Academy to ensure smooth onboarding.

The role requires owning a high-volume funnel, reporting metrics, and delivering top-tier performance in a fast-growing market.

Formación

• Experience running high-volume sales pipelines across multiple funnel stages.
• Ability to track and report funnel metrics; SQL a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; personal touch at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and converting leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and manage a high-volume acquisition pipeline, tracking each chauffeur’s progress from sign-up to first journey.
• Use data to identify where acquisition is underperforming and design fixes.
• Partner with Chauffeur Academy to ensure smooth handoff from acquisition to onboarding.
• Represent Wheely in the chauffeur community to support referrals and retention.
• Report funnel performance to France Ops leadership.
