Qualifikationen

• Experience running high-volume recruitment or sales pipelines.
• Ability to track and report funnel metrics; SQL a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; engage at scale with personal touch.
• Structured operator turning high-volume, high-touch process into a repeatable system.
• Fluent French and English.
• Based in Paris, ability to work in the office 5 days a week.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and converting leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and manage a high-volume acquisition pipeline, tracking progress from sign-up to first journey.
• Use data to identify underperforming channels, cities, or funnel stages and design fixes.
• Partner with Quality & Training (Chauffeur Academy) to ensure smooth handoff from acquisition to onboarding.
• Act as Wheely’s day-to-day representative within the chauffeur community, building referrals and retention.
• Report funnel performance to France Ops leadership (volume, conversion, cost, time-to-first-journey).
