Job summary

Wheely, leader du transport premium, recherche un Chasseur de chauffeurs à Paris pour prendre en charge l’acquisition de chauffeurs de A à Z, depuis le premier contact jusqu’au premier trajet. Vous faites partie de l’équipe France Operations et optimisez le pipeline pour assurer un approvisionnement de qualité.

Ce poste exige une expérience en recrutement à haut volume, une appétence pour les données et la maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

Qualifications

• Expérience en recrutement ou vente à haut volume.
• Confort avec les données — suivi et reporting des métriques du funnel; SQL est un plus.
• Excellentes compétences écrites et orales.
• Opérateur structuré capable de transformer un processus à haut volume en système réplicable.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le funnel d’acquisition des chauffeurs de A à Z : sourcing, screening, qualification et conversion.
• Construire et gérer un pipeline d’acquisition à haut volume, suivre l’évolution jusqu’au premier trajet.
• Utiliser les données pour identifier les points de friction et proposer des correctifs.
• Collaborer avec le Chauffeur Academy pour une intégration fluide.
• Représenter Wheely au quotidien auprès de la communauté de chauffeurs et favoriser les referrals et la rétention.
• Rapporter les performances du funnel à la direction France Ops.

About The Role

As a Chauffeur Recruiter in Paris, you'll own Wheely France's chauffeur acquisition engine end to end — from first contact to first journey. Sitting within the France Operations team, you'll build and run the pipeline that keeps the marketplace supplied with best-in-class chauffeurs, using data to prioritise where and how we recruit.

This is an execution-heavy, high-ownership role, not a strategy-only seat: you'll be judged on pipeline volume, conversion, and time-to-first-journey.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end chauffeur acquisition funnel: sourcing, screening, qualifying, and converting leads through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Build and manage a high-volume acquisition pipeline, tracking each chauffeur's progress from sign-up to first journey.
• Use data to identify where acquisition is underperforming — by channel, city, or funnel stage — and design fixes.
• Partner with Quality & Training (Chauffeur Academy) to ensure a smooth handoff from acquisition to onboarding.
• Act as a day-to-day representative for Wheely within the chauffeur community, building relationships that support referrals and retention.
• Report acquisition funnel performance (volume, conversion, cost, time-to-first-journey) to France Ops leadership.

Requirements

• Experience running high-volume recruitment or sales pipelines, with the discipline to manage many leads at different funnel stages at once.
• Comfortable with data — able to track and report funnel metrics, and act on them (SQL a plus, not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage at scale while keeping a personal touch.
• A structured operator who turns a high-volume, high-touch process into a repeatable system.
• Fluent French and English.
• Based in Paris, ability to work in the office 5 days a week.
