Job summary

The Collecting Group in Paris is seeking a Bilingual Sales Specialist (French/English) to drive revenue with sellers and collectors across Europe. You’ll manage end-to-end auction consignments, nurture relationships, and identify new business opportunities for Collecting Cars and Watch Collecting in a fast-paced, luxury market.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-based role with revenue delivery.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of closing sales.
• Adept at negotiating sale terms and maintaining client relations.
• Customer-first mindset with excellent service and referrals lead generation.
• Strong telephone manner and ability to handle high call volumes.
• Fluency in French and English; comfortable with international clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact through the auction process from pre-sales to post-sales.
• Coordinate end-to-end activities and ensure high engagement and service levels.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Research value and market trends to inform reserves and pricing decisions.
• Manage consignments and admin tasks, including photography coordination.
• Utilize Salesforce to track consignments and customers accurately.
