Job summary

Parallel is building AI-powered recruitment for healthcare, starting with medical coding. You will join a small team in Paris to hire top tech profiles and shape our hiring strategy while supporting hiring managers and cultivating our employer brand.

You will source, assess, and manage end-to-end recruitment processes with a focus on quality candidate experience, using Ashby and other channels. A hybrid Paris-based role offers remote flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of recruiting experience.
• Solid headhunting experience, especially on tech profiles, ideally gained in a SaaS company with a strong tech component.
• In-house recruiting experience is preferred.
• A sales mindset and the drive to win.
• Strong rigor, including in writing.
• Ideally, a good level of English.

Responsibilities

• Gather hiring needs with Hiring Managers, co-build scorecards, then write and publish job offers.
• Source active and passive candidates through multiple channels, with a strong focus on headhunting (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, events).
• Assess candidates and run hiring processes end to end in Ashby, through to the offer.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience at every step.
• Be their point of contact and help them define their team strategy through hiring.
• Contribute, alongside Léa, to improving our hiring processes and our employer brand.
