Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive a major international transformation programme. The focus is on shaping future-state Talent processes and developing a Group-wide talent strategy across multiple countries, with emphasis on policy design and business-facing outcomes rather than technical configuration.

The role requires senior collaboration with HR leadership across regions, experience in talent, performance and compensation, and a proven ability to challenge consulting

Qualifications

• Former HR Director with multi-country experience across UK, France and Belgium.
• Proven ability to design and implement talent, performance and compensation strategies.
• Experience implementing HR systems such as Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion, Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Fluency in French and English is essential for stakeholder engagement across countries.
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on policy development and process design.

Responsibilities

• Shape Target Talent Processes (50%) by participating in design workshops and mapping deviations from standard processes.
• Define the Group Talent Strategy in collaboration with Group and country HR leadership and the Centre of Expertise.
• Lead Goal Setting & Performance Management, cascading objectives and defining performance evaluation frameworks.
• Define Talent Reviews & Succession Planning scope, criteria, and readiness levels.
• Develop Talent Development & Internal Mobility programs including development plans, mentoring and internal moves.
• Establish Learning & Development governance and group-wide learning pathways.
