Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking a Deputy HR Director France – Senior Manager to lead HR strategy and transformation across operations, stations and corporate functions. The role involves directing industrial relations, governance and social risk management, with responsibility for coordinating cross-border social strategy within a complex regulatory environment.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience, fluent French and English, and a track record in French

Qualifications

• 10+ years HR experience at senior leadership level (HR Director/Deputy HR Director or Head of IR).
• Strong track record in French industrial relations and collective bargaining.
• Proven chairing a CSE and managing employee representative negotiations.
• Excellent written/presentations, with financial analysis and project management skills.
• Fluent French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver HR strategy, priorities and action plans for France.
• Lead HR transformation, social communication and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee HR governance, compliance and payroll-related aspects.
• Coordinate social strategy across France, UK and Belgium and manage IR relationships.
• Support potential leadership of Industrial Relations France during restructuring.
