Indicia Ltd. is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a 6 month Fixed Term Contract in Paris. The role sits at the heart of operational delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, internal clarity, and cross-functional coordination across campaigns.

You will liaison between clients and internal teams, helping manage timelines, briefs, and issues with a calm, collaborative approach. Excellent English and French are required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years' experience in retail marketing or agency delivery.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent cross-stakeholder communication.
• Ability to work under pressure with multiple tasks.
• Commercial awareness and budget handling.
• Familiarity with promo/packaging production is a plus.
• Professional English and French proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivery of client campaigns from planning to implementation.
• Serve as primary daily contact for internal teams and clients.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
• Escalate delivery issues and resolve challenges.
• Coordinate with sourcing, creative, and production teams.
• Assist Account Director with presentations and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with brand, budget, and processes.
• Identify opportunities for workflow improvements.
