Job summary

Euronext is seeking an M&A Analyst intern to join the M&A team in Paris. The role will start 4 January 2027 and report to the Head of M&A.

You will conduct company and industry research, screen targets, prepare investment memos, develop financial models, perform valuations using DCF and comparables, and assist with due diligence and post-closing integration. The ideal candidate is a final- or penultimate-year student from a top school, with internship experience in Corporate Finance, and fluent

Qualifications

• Final- or penultimate-year student from a Tier 1 business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials.
• Prior successful internship experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in M&A, Investment Banking or Strategy Consulting.
• Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive company and industry-level research.
• Monitoring sectors and screening for potential acquisition targets.
• Preparing investment memos and presentations for senior management, the Board and strategic committees.
• Developing, maintaining and updating financial models.
• Performing valuation analyses using methodologies (DCF, comparable companies and precedent transactions) to assess potential acquisition opportunities.
• Supporting the organisation and coordination of due diligence processes and post-closing integration activities.
