Qualifications

• BAC+4/5 in business school or engineering school.
• High English proficiency.

• Previous experience in finance is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic intelligence & industry analysis for asset management.
• M&A and corporate development support including financial analyses.
• Screen potential acquisition targets against the Group's strategic priorities.
• Assist in preparing deal materials and sector updates.
