Lazard Internship in Paris offers hands-on experience in origination, execution and coverage within LazardNext for small- and mid-cap M&A.You will support pitch preparation, process documents, analyses and financial models while gaining exposure to multiple sectors.

Ideal candidates are final-year students or Master 2 holders in Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering with prior financial sector internship experience and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or in the second part of a gap year at a top Business School or Engineering School, or enrolled in a Master’s degree (Master 2) with a focus on Corporate Finance/Financial Engineering.
• First internship experience in the financial sector (investment banking, private equity, audit, corporate finance department, banking, etc.)
• Excellent command of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• You are bilingual in French and English

Responsabilités

• Origination: preparing pitch materials, monitoring investors and market dynamics
• Execution: preparing process documents, managing the process, building analyses and financial models
• Coverage: conducting in-depth research and preparing papers on the various sectors covered and their companies
