Job summary

Interpath Advisory seeks a Master’s student for a 6-month Distressed M&A buy-side internship in Paris. You will support deal execution, conduct financial analyses, prepare materials, and assist with investor outreach in a fast-paced, advisory environment.

Ideal candidates are completing a Master’s in Corporate Finance or related field, have completed 1–2 internships, and are fluent in French and English with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Potential for full-time conversion.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, Finance or related discipline.
Available for a 6-month end-of-studies internship.
Internships in M&A, Restructuring or Transaction Services preferred.
Fluent in French and English; strong financial acumen and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support the execution of Distressed M&A buy-side mandates.
Conduct financial analysis and company research.
Prepare transaction materials, including marketing documents and financial analyses.
Assist with investor identification and outreach.
Support due diligence and transaction execution.
Liaise with clients, investors, legal advisers and other stakeholders.
Contribute to live transactions across a range of sectors.
