Job summary

YIBI Group in Paris seeks an Account Manager to nurture relationships with French and European luxury leather goods brands. The role emphasizes long-term client development and alignment between brand requirements and YIBI’s product development and manufacturing capabilities.

You will coordinate with product, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams, support RFQs, sampling and commercial discussions, and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships in leather goods and accessories.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, B2B sales, business development, client services, sourcing, or product development.
• Experience in luxury, fashion, leather goods, handbags, accessories, or premium physical products is preferred.
• Strong client-management and relationship-development skills.
• Understanding of product-development and supplier workflows is highly valued.
• Experience working with international manufacturing partners is an advantage.
• Professional French and English communication skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with selected luxury and fashion accounts.
• Understand client product-development, sourcing, quality, and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate communication with YIBI’s product, engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams.
• Support RFQs, sampling, development requests, and commercial discussions.
• Track client projects and maintain consistent communication throughout development.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships.
• Support new-business opportunities within leather goods and accessories.
• Provide insights into French and European luxury-market requirements.
