YIBI Group is seeking a Sourcing Manager based in France to support luxury hardware sourcing, supplier evaluation, and long-term partnerships with international brands. You will drive collaboration across sourcing and product development teams to align with brand expectations.

The role involves building relationships with French luxury ecosystem players, evaluating suppliers, and identifying opportunities for hardware development while ensuring seamless communication with manufacturing teams.

Formación

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or product development.
• Experience in luxury goods, leather goods, handbags, or accessories is preferred.
• Strong understanding of supplier evaluation and international sourcing processes.

Our luxury hardware business combines product engineering, precision manufacturing, surface finishing, assembly, and quality management to support international leather goods and accessories brands.

About the Role

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager based in France to support our international leather goods hardware business and strengthen connections with the European luxury sourcing ecosystem. The role is suitable for professionals who understand how luxury brands evaluate suppliers, develop components, and manage long-term manufacturing partnerships.

• Existing relationships within the French luxury ecosystem are an advantage.
