Lightspeed is seeking a Field Implementation Consultant to deliver on-site POS implementations in Paris. You will travel to client locations, lead initial training, and guide setup and integrations while ensuring hardware readiness and smooth onboarding.

You will work with the Launch and Professional Services teams, handle remote support via Zoom, and maintain strong customer relationships in the hospitality sector. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• A technical background and problem solving drive, boundless curiosity.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Hospitality industry experience (restaurants, hotels, etc.) and customer interaction.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects in various stages.
• Ability to collaborate with Field Sales for smooth onboarding.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and autonomous.

Responsabilités

• Travel to customers’ locations to facilitate their implementation of hardware and provide technical support.
• Plan and organize onsite training sessions with business owners, management teams, and/or staff on the POS system front end.
• Guide customers onsite through setup, implementations and integrations.
• Install/troubleshoot networking devices including routers and wireless access points.
• Provide remote support to customers via Zoom.
• Document and track installation details, network schematics and on-site services.
• Report installation progress to Team Lead and Installation Coordinator.
• Ensure all hardware is present before going onsite.
• Manage schedule and coordinate with Installation Coordinator for efficient visits.
• Represent Lightspeed as an ambassador to customers.
• Apply consistent troubleshooting techniques to identify issues and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with Launch and Professional Services teams to handle day-to-day situations.
