Job summary

Epyr's Project Director will steer the industrial deployment of TES projects in France, overseeing 2–4 concurrent deployments from investment decision to handover. You’ll own the master schedule, budget, and contractual commitments while coordinating with site managers and the Go-To-Market team to ensure delivery and scalable operations.

Based in Paris with 4–6 on-site days per month, you’ll build a high-performing team, set project standards, and interface with clients at the executive level,

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent (Master's level) required.
• At least 6 years in industrial project management, including multiple parallel projects.
• Experience delivering multi-million euro projects with full budget/schedule responsibility.
• Construction and commissioning on operating industrial sites.
• Strong contractual practice: works and supply contracts, change orders, claims.
• Fluent French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of deployment projects (2–4 TES at different stages).
• Maintain the master schedule and interdependencies between projects.
• Arbitrate allocation of scarce resources between projects.
• Manage risks and reporting to the executive committee.
• Own the economic and contractual commitments (budget, margin).
• Lead the procurement strategy, tenders, and supplier agreements.
• Manage change orders, claims and disputes with legal support.
• Feed project financing and grants.
• Lead and grow the project team; industrialize project methods.
• Act as the interface with clients/partners at management level.
• Contribute to product and operations strategy and fleet model.
