Descripción de la vacante

Devoteam Digital Impulse is seeking a Senior industrial AI deployment lead to own end-to-end deployments at client sites in Paris and across Europe. You will manage configuration, data pipelines, and custom glue code to deliver measurable, recurring gains.

• Shipped production code with hands-on ownership for 5+ years.
• Built a real product or automation with actual users.
• Structured problem decomposition on genuinely ambiguous problems.
• Willing to work onsite in factories; travel 2–3 days per week.
• Fluent in French and English; capable of running workshops with stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; hands-on builder rather than distant architect.
• Leadership in client-facing settings and ability to manage cross-functional teams.

• Extract the data that doesn’t exist yet by interviewing planners and operators.
