Epyr is looking for a Site Supervisor to lead on-site installation and commissioning of Epyr units in Paris and other sites in France. You will manage subcontractors, organize the daily schedule, ensure safety, and uphold quality and compliance on site.

Frequent travel with accommodation and travel allowances is expected. The role involves hands-on work, coordinating 5–10 specialists, and escalating issues to the Epyr project manager.

Competenze

• Two- or three-year technical degree (industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, thermal engineering, works management).
• At least 3 years site management experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to read drawings and P&IDs.
• Fluent French; basic English appreciated; valid driving licence (B).
• CACES R489 category 3 certification.

Mansioni

• Prepare and run the site hands-on, including setup, storage, and lifting.
• Manage subcontractors, check documentation, and keep to the schedule.
• Enforce safety, quality, and acceptance of works with risk analyses.
• Interface with client maintenance, production, and commissioning teams; support tests.
• Escalate issues to Epyr project manager and document field lessons learned.
