Fanatics Commerce is seeking a B2B Coordinator for Paris-Saint-Germain accounts in France and international markets. You will manage quotations, orders, invoicing, and coordination with buying, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a B2B, wholesale, or sales operations role.
• Experience using ERP software or similar order management systems.
• Knowledge of export processes and international shipping flows, including customs clearance and carrier coordination.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with ability to build analytical reports and presentations.
• Professional working proficiency in English; French preferred for Paris-based customers.
• Interest in sports merchandising or the broader sports industry.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary internal liaison for PSG B2B customers and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Manage the full B2B order lifecycle from quotation to invoicing with accuracy and urgency.
• Coordinate shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and manage customs documentation where applicable.
• Develop commercial materials such as product catalogues and order forms to support professional customer interactions.
