Job summary

Digeiz in Île-de-France is seeking an Operations professional to lead deployment of our analytics platform across Europe, the Middle East and North America. You will coordinate with service providers, Dev teams and customers to install and optimize the Digeiz solution.

You will monitor KPIs, manage a portfolio of hardware and service suppliers, and drive scalable processes to ensure rapid, reliable deployments in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both French and English.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness for international mobility across Europe and worldwide.

• Conduct video coverage studies and oversee the deployment of the Digeiz solution at customer sites across Europe.
• Coordinate with service providers, Dev team, and customers’ technical team to prepare the installation.
• Develop and implement strategies, processes, and tools to continuously enhance Digeiz Operations.
• Monitor operational performance through the implementation and analysis of KPIs.
• Build and manage a portfolio of hardware and service suppliers to ensure up-to-date hardware solutions.
