Job summary

Four Data in Dijon, France, is seeking a Business Engineer & Project Manager to lead major projects from needs analysis to delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams across software, hardware, marketing and customer services. The role is based at the Dijon head office with occasional teleworking.

You will analyse customer requirements, assemble high-value technical and financial proposals, negotiate offers, and monitor project progress, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Four Data designs and develops solutions combining connected sensors and SaaS software to free customers from their operational constraints (emergencies, route organisation, customer losses). FourData specialises in the energy, lubricants and waste collection sectors.

Mission
In order to absorb the growth of our company, we are creating a position of Business Engineer & Project Manager.

Tasks

Working closely with the key account sales team, you will be the linchpin in the implementation of major projects

• Analyse customer requirements
• Putting together high value technical and financial projects
• Negotiate commercial offers and contracts
• Manage, monitor and coordinate the various stages of projects once they have been approved by the customer
• Analyse projects after completion and draw conclusions about their success with a view to optimising them
• Develop customer loyalty and build lasting relationships with existing customers

• Coordinating internal projects between the various departments (Software, Hardware Marketing, Customer Services)
• Participating in trade fairs, sales seminars, company seminars, etc.
