Didomi is hiring an Outbound GTM Engineer to build and operate the engine behind our outbound acquisition. This individual contributor role reports to the Revenue Operations Director and collaborates with the CRO, driving accelerated customer acquisition and expansion across North America and EMEA.

You will own data, signals, scoring and automation to sharpen outreach, feed Sales with high-quality pipeline and enable a scalable, automated outbound program.

Competenze

• Proven outbound machine from scratch with measurable impact.
• Ability to automate capture, enrichment, scoring, routing and sequencing.
• Hands-on with data signals and intent scoring for high-quality lists.
• Strong copywriting and multi-channel sequencing for scalable outreach.
• Fluent English and ability to operate across NA and EMEA regions.
• Scientific, automation-first mindset with accountability for numbers.
• Experience with adtech/martech and privacy tools is a plus.

• Design and run an outbound acquisition engine across markets.

• Provide high-quality outbound data for reps from multiple channels.
• Centralize buying and intent signals, score prospects and customers.
• Automate full lead workflow end-to-end: capture, enrichment, deduplication, scoring, routing, sequencing.
• Improve outreach workflows across email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
• Scale ICP-based sequences, A/B test messaging, and personalization at scale.
• Improve inbound lead scoring and reactivate marketing-sourced leads.
• Track performance and iterate on conversion rates.
