StoneAge Tools, Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment/Customer Service Team Member to oversee material flow, inventory, shipping, receiving, and customer service within our manufacturing and order fulfillment processes in Angers, France.

You will pull, issue, stock, and ship orders, greet walk-in customers, provide price quotes for sales and rentals, and log customer interactions in Salesforce. The role reports to the European Branch Manager and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Understand ERP and Handheld Scanning systems.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Inventory knowledge including FIFO procedures.
• Familiarity with shipping procedures and RMAs.

Responsabilités

• Pull, issue, receive, and stock work orders for assembly teams.
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in ERP with high accuracy.
• Log customer interactions in Salesforce CRM.
• Process sales orders via email, phone, and fax.
• Manage sales and rentals and provide price quotes.
