Next Ventures is seeking an experienced ERP Change Manager to lead the change management strategy for a major enterprise maintenance transformation in Paris, with frequent travel to London. You will drive business readiness, operational transition, and tool adoption across international front-line teams.

Based in Paris, you will develop governance, conduct impact analyses, map stakeholders, design communication plans, and oversee end-to-end training and Go-Live readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading change management for enterprise system implementations (ERP, EAM, or CMMS maintenance tools).
• Fluent professional proficiency in French and English with multicultural environments experience.
• Strong background in business process impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and workshop facilitation.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with understanding of front-line operational environments and transition constraints.
• Willingness to travel frequently between London and Paris; formal change management certification desirable.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ERP Change Manager to lead the change management strategy for a major enterprise maintenance management transformation programme. Based in Paris with frequent travel between London and Paris, you will drive business readiness, operational transition, and tool adoption across international front-line operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall change management strategy, governance, and roadmap aligned with key project milestones.
• Conduct comprehensive business impact and safety risk analyses across processes, tools, roles, and operational sites.
• Map key stakeholders, establish a network of business change champions, and facilitate engagement workshops.
• Design and deliver multi-channel communication plans, key messaging, and user engagement content.
• Execute the end-to-end training strategy, producing user materials, delivering sessions, and managing Go-Live readiness.
• Track adoption indicators, manage post-implementation hypercare, and implement stabilization plans to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience leading change management for enterprise system implementations (ERP, EAM, or CMMS maintenance tools).
• Mandatory fluent professional proficiency in both French and English with proven experience in multicultural environments.
• Strong background in business process impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and workshop facilitation.
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach with a strong understanding of front-line operational environments and transition constraints.
• Ability to travel frequently between London and Paris; formal change management certification (e.g. Prosci, APMG) is desirable.
